What PO Vault stores

PO Vault archives the files you upload (purchase order and stocktake exports) and the records parsed from them: purchase order numbers, supplier names, SKUs, product titles, quantities and costs. It also stores the supplier contact details you enter manually in the address book, your shop domain, and — if you join the preview waitlist — the fact that your shop joined.

What PO Vault does not collect

PO Vault does not read, request, or store any personal data of your customers. The app requests no access to products, orders, customers, or inventory on your store. There is no advertising, no analytics tracking, and your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Where data lives

Data is stored on our own servers in the European Union and used only to provide the app's features to you. Daily encrypted backups are kept for a limited retention window.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app revokes its access immediately; 48 hours later Shopify sends the deletion request required by its privacy program, and we permanently delete everything we hold for your shop — uploaded files included. You can also request deletion at any time at the address below.

GDPR

PO Vault handles Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks: customer data requests (we hold no customer data, so there is nothing to return), customer redaction (nothing to redact), and shop redaction (full deletion, as described above).
